Most feedback is thrown away. A rating with no reasoning, a review nobody reads, a complaint that reaches a support queue and stops there. MarketSoch exists to make that feedback worth giving and worth reading.
People submit in whatever form suits them — a structured form, free text, a voice note, a short video, or a paper form collected in the field and digitised. Every submission is validated statistically, and approved ones earn points that convert into real rewards.
The resulting corpus is mined for topics, keywords and sentiment, and published as product reports for paid readers and, through a metered API, for businesses.

How we treat your data
- Everything stays in India — storage, backups, processing and analysis.
- Nothing personal is collected without consent recorded first, and consent is versioned and revocable.
- Withdrawing consent removes your content from reports generated afterwards, without erasing the aggregate record.
- Names, emails and phone numbers never reach a report or an API response.
