Common questions
- How do I earn points?
- Every submission is checked by the validation engine. Approved submissions credit points to your wallet according to the rules set for that survey and channel.
- What happens if my submission is flagged?
- Flagged submissions go to a human review queue rather than being rejected automatically. If a reviewer rejects it, you are told the reason category.
- Is my personal information used in reports?
- No. Names, emails and phone numbers are masked at the point a report is served, on every paid and B2B path. Reports carry aggregates and anonymised excerpts.
- Where is my data stored?
- In India. All data stores, backups, queues and processing stay in an India region, and feedback is not sent outside the country for analysis.
- Can I withdraw consent later?
- Yes. Withdrawing consent stops your content being used in reports generated afterwards. Existing aggregate statistics remain, and nothing you submitted is deleted from the record.
